No, there isn’t anyone named Kenton or Trace in the company.  We are very proud of our company’s Ohio roots and have chosen as our namesake a frontiersman and pioneer who helped settle the area surrounding Dayton, Ohio: Simon Kenton.  Trace means path or trail.

We see KTT as a company with a pioneering spirit, blazing a new trail in the defense contractor industry.

Kenton Trace Technologies, LLC., (KTT) is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, established in 2000.  We provide professional and technical services to the patriotic men and women of Wright Patterson Air Force Base who devote their lives to preserving the United States’ air and space dominance over the battlefield.

The CEO and founder of KTT is Mr. James Silcott.  Mr. Silcott is an Air Force veteran with 22 years of active duty military service.  He has held numerous positions in the DoD contractor industry since 1987.  It is this combination of “service to country” and “experience in industry” that drives KTT to provide a service that is unsurpassed in quality and value.
